Seattle University has been nationally recognized for several of its green initiatives including the pesticide free landscaping program and efforts to reduce energy use.  While many of these projects have been initiated and led by administrators, student involvement is a key area of developing a more sustainable campus that is actively being pursued and student groups such as the Green Energy Coalition have been working with administrators to ensure Seattle University continues to be a leader in campus greening efforts.  Learn more about these activities at the SU Sustainability webpage.
