At Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR students staff and faculty take a holistic approach to environmental issues weaving elements of economics and social factors.  Since the 1990's the campus has supported a formal group to address environmental concerns and recently has been extending efforts to address issues in the community as well.  Find out more here.
