Humboldt State University Students Fund Solar Installations

Using money from the student-initiated and funded Humboldt Energy and Independence Fund, the University will soon have two new solar systems at the Arcata Campus.  A photovoltaic system mounted on the Old Music Building will produce energy, while new equipment will contribute to the Solar Radiation Monitoring station, a joint effort between students and NREL to create a database of coastal solar potential in Northern California.  To read the full article click here.
