While University of Pennsylvania and the Ivy League are still holding the lead among university green power purchasers, Western Washington University (WWU), Oregon State University (OSU) and Lewis and Clark College all made the top 18 in the EPA's Green Power Purchase 2007-2008 challenge.  To learn more about the challenge and conference champions click here.
