  • US Green Building Council- Cascadia Chapter http://chapters.usgbc.org/cascadiagbc/. This website can help you with find information on building a LEED Certified building in the Northwest.
  • King County's Green Tools Program http://www.metrokc.gov/dnrp/swd/greenbuilding/. Grant opportunities for LEED projects as well as information about materials recycling, deconstruction, and green building in King County and around the Northwest.  
  • Building Technology Program, Universities - http://www.eere.energy.gov/buildings/info/university/index.html. Includes information on financing, design, choosing building components, and operations and maintenance with “Success Stories” for each section.  The site also has a “Toolbox” section with links and documents relevant to the topic.
  • LEED-NC Application Guide for Multiple Buildings and On-Campus Building Projects - www.usgbc.org/LEED. This guide serves to provide direction in applying the LEED rating system to projects in a campus or multi-building setting. The guide addresses specific issues in LEED certification as they apply to campuses, and adjusts the certification process for these applications.
  • Harvard Green Campus Initiative, Green Building Resource-   http://www.greencampus.harvard.edu/theresource/ This site provides a comprehensive assessment of the steps involved in designing a green building and tools for constructing green buildings in campus environments.  Several links to energy calculation tools, materials resources, design considerations as well as helpful guidance regarding the LEED certification process are provided.
